  • Fitocracy - A social network for fitness! You can log exercise to earn points and gain levels. There are also achievements, and groups for loads of interests.
    I’m supersizedsammy on Fitocracy ;) 
  • MyFitnessPal - Count calories, fat, carbs, protien & sodium with their huge database and track exercise & progress.
  • CalorieKing - Another huge calorie counting database. 
  • FitCriss - Criss lost 73lbs and looks fantastic!
  • Undressed Skeleton - Taralynn lost 100lb and could probably fit two of her into her old formal dress. Another stunning weight loss success!
  • Downtownn - Kelsey has a real talent for graphic design, and posts great health & fitness resources.


Workouts

  • Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred - $10.99. I tried this one back in May and hurt myself (fault of my own, not the workout). I think I’ll pick this one back up again if I ever hit a plateau and need to break it. Right now I’m more likely to try the Body Revolution (below).
  • Jillian Michaels’ Body Revolution - 16 DVDs + books & diet plan for $119.96 (or 4 payments of $29.99). I’ll be starting this one soon so I’m not sure of its credibility, but from reviews I’ve seen it’s really effective. Besides, it’s Jillian Michaels.
