My Current Method
I exercise 5 days a week, my rest days being my two busy uni days. My cardio routine consists of a 30-60 minute walk/jog around my neighbourhood (the time and distance depending on how I feel that day).
I also do some body weight exercises, working a different area each day (upper, lower, core, repeat). I like to use Cassey’s Blogilates videos on occasion as well.
Since I have moved to a new suburb and am low on money, I’ve been unable to join a new gym and as such haven’t been able to use weights in quite a while.

As for nutrition, I aim for between 1800 and 2000 calories a day. I started off in May 2012 eating only 1500 calories a day, sometimes as low as 1300 - at 250lb I required much more just to live let alone work out as well.
I try to only eat foods that are healthy, such as wholegrains, fruits, vegetables, unprocessed meat, nuts, etc. I’ve recently moved away from home to go to university, and am still getting used to eating healthy on a student budget.
